This notice explains how GlobalTask processes personal data for access requests, web login, and service operations in the EU.

Access requests: company, requester name, work email, Slack workspace URL/ID, optional notes.
Login and account: identity provider profile (name, email, subject ID) and Slack user/workspace mapping.
Operations: support requests, security logs, and technical metadata.

We process data within the EU/EEA where possible.
If transfers outside the EEA are required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, SCCs) and update this notice.
Access request data is kept for onboarding and audit needs, then deleted or anonymized.
Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and reliability.
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing.
You can withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time by changing your cookie choice.
You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
Essential cookies are used for security and session integrity.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
